Applying for the competition, the students are competing for the opportunity to become future scholarship holders, which entails monthly financial support, a mentor, professional internship, and becoming a part of the community of 3,720 young leaders, many of whom are now working as managers at the Hemofarm company.

‘The future belongs to young people and Hemofarm Foundation is there to help them enter the new chapter of their lives with knowledge and skills and with a support of mentors, one of whom is Ronald Seeliger, Hemofarm CEO. Their investment in their education will not only determine their own walk of life, but also the future of the healthcare system and science in Serbia, i.e. the future of all of us’, said Suzana Đorđević, Director of Hemofarm Foundation and invited young people to apply for the competition and use the opportunity to learn from the best, work on the state-of-the-art equipment at departments of production, engineering, quality management, and to become employees of one of the leading companies in pharma business – Hemofarm, a member of German STADA Group.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?

The Program consists of three parts:
work with mentor, mentor lectures, and practical work.

The work with a mentor entails defining goals for personal and professional development, acquiring new knowledge and business skills, including team work and leadership.

The mentor lectures include all-day lectures, workshops on different business and current topics for improvement of business skills. The lectures are held by experts from the world of business, activists, and renowned individuals.

The practical work entails a one-month internship at the mentor’s company, in order to get a first-hand acquaintance with the corporate culture, values, production processes, and the method of business operation of Hemofarm.

The lectures, workshops, and other activities during the regular part of the Program will be organised quarterly, from 10 to 18 h. The precise schedule of activities will be known after the admission of the new generation of scholarship holders in January 2024. Upon the completion of the Program, the participants will be issued certificates on successful completion of the Program.
