Suzana Đorđević
Director
Suzana Đorđević has been the Director of Hemofarm Foundation since April 2015.

Suzana began her career during the 1990s as a journalist in the news program of Studio B Radio, where she worked until 2005. While working for Studio B, she was simultaneously engaged in the civil sector, and in 2007 she took over the position of Media Advisor at the Civic Initiatives organization.

From 2010 to 2013, she was CEO of Ecotopia, the first Serbian Environment Fund. The acquired experience and knowledge recommended her for the position of media advisor to the VP of the Government of the Republic of Serbia which she occupied before joining Hemofarm Foundation.

The socially responsible campaigns and activities she led were awarded numerous prizes in the country, region and abroad.

Milena Rajković
PROJECT MANAGER
Milena Rajković joined the Hemofarm Foundation team in January 2017 and since then she has been coordinating the Educational Program, and the Mentorship Program initiated within the program in the same year.

Already in the first year of implementation, the program was awarded in the category of corporate volunteering by the Smart Kolektiv and Responsible Business Forum. Milena is involved in the Foundation’s projects, campaigns and activities, including the most important and most awarded ones both in the country and abroad – ‘The Most Important Call in Life’ – on organ donation and transplantation, ‘Don’t Let it Burst’ – on prevention of high blood pressure.

She started her career in the late 1990s as an active violinist, manager of the string quartet ‘INTERMECO’. From 2010 to 2015, she held the position of the Director of the Cultural Institution ‘Steamboat’ - the cultural centre of the Municipality of Stari grad in Belgrade, where she managed over 1500 projects and programs related to culture, education and socially responsible projects.

Ivana Minović
PROJECT MANAGER
Ivana joined the Hemofarm Foundation team as a Project Manager in September 2022.

Before entering the world of CSR and philanthropy, Ivana has had 20 years of agency experience in advertising and communications; she has worked on development, strategic planning, management and execution of communication campaigns in various industries, with local and international clients. During her agency career, she has had the opportunity to get acquainted with and work on important CSR and humanitarian projects which were among those that received the largest number of awards in the region. In the past two years, she was engaged with the Catalyst Balkans marketing team on spreading the stories about charity activities of individuals, small and large enterprises/companies throughout the region.

She is proud of having had the opportunity to participate in creating the ‘The Most Important Call in Life’ CSR campaign and in one of the most successful humanitarian actions in Serbia – the ‘Battle for Babies’.

Alena Pajić
PROJECT MANAGER
Alena Pajić has been employed with the company Hemofarm since 1994. She joined Hemofarm Foundation in 2000, first as a business secretary and now she holds the position of the Project Manager.

Alena successfully coordinates the project ‘Academy of Hemofarm Foundation’ that is aimed at supporting professional development of healthcare workers in the field of contemporary medicine, methods of treatment and access to patients, as well as the ‘People to People’ actions of Hemofarm and Hemofarm Foundation employees for supporting the socially vulnerable categories of the society.

Zoran Sekulić
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
He has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Hemofarm Foundation since 2016.

He is the founder and director of FoNet, the first private news agency in Serbia. He was a journalist of Tanjug agency and Radio Belgrade 202.

He was born in 1958. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.

Sanda Savić
MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
She was appointed the Senior Corporate Affairs and Communications Director of Hemofarm in July 2014.

She was formerly a Program Director for RTV, Director and Editor of Informative Program in RTV B82 and one of the founders of RTV B92, as well as a journalist and editor for Radio Belgrade.

She was born in 1968. She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade.

Sonja Licht
MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Sonja Licht is the President of the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence in Belgrade, Serbia.

She is currently Chair of the Executive Committee of the International Centre for Democratic Transition (ICDT), and a member of the Advisory Boards of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). She is also a member of the Executive Board of the Jefferson Institute in both Washington D.C. and Belgrade.

Sonja Licht is a laureate of numerous international peace and human rights awards. In 2008 she received the Star of Italian Solidarity and the French Legion of Honour. Weekly magazine “Vreme” proclaimed her Person of the Year 2007.

Sonja Licht was a Richard von Weizsäcker Fellow of the Robert Bosch Academy in 2015.

Svetozar Putnik
MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Prof. Dr. Svetozar Putnik is the Director of the Clinic for Cardiac Surgery at the Clinical Centre of Serbia.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, where he also earned his master and doctor’s degree. He teaches the subject Surgery with Anaesthesiology at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade. He completed residency training in general surgery and fellowship in cardiac surgery. He passed training in the Netherlands, USA and France. As an author and co-author, he published numerous papers. He is the principal investigator on the international project ‘Avatar’, initiated at the Clinical Centre of Serbia.

So far, he has performed over 5000 cardiovascular procedures and a significant number of surgical procedures in the area of peripheral vascular surgery and implantation of a free-standing pacemaker. Prof. Dr. Svetozar Putnik is one of the initiator of the program of mechanical support of the circulation and cardiac transplantation and also of the coronary artery surgery performed on a beating heart.

Danijela Stanisic - Srdic
MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
She has been a part of Hemofarm's team for 15 years, in which she has gained experience in the positions of Medical Representative, Product Manager, Regional Manager, and SBU Manager. She has been in the position of the Business Unit Rx Sales Manager for the Western Balkans region since January 2020.

Danijela's commitment and professionalism are best confirmed by her selection for the STADA Group's talent team in 2019, which represents a milestone in her further professional development and career.

She was born in 1975. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade.
